If you love to cast a line in the water, be it a fly or bait rod, Khamkirri has 3km of river frontage on the magnificent Orange River that offer great fishing opportunities. This includes sections of white water where the chances of landing a largemouth or smallmouth yellowfish are good, as well as long stretches of wide, still flowing river where enormous barbel lurk.
Other species that you could catch are silvers, mudfish, carp and tilapia (bream).
