Wingi is located 35 km from Upington and 10 km from Keimoes. A visit to the powerful Augrabies Falls and National Park fits into a day. The Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park is a mere 3 hours drive away.
How to get there:
Take the Kanoneiland turn off from the N14 and travel for 3 km. Turn right at the Kanoneilland sign. Reaching the town, turn left into main street. Drive past the church. Just before the school building, the small red WELCOMING flags of Wingi on your right indicate that you have reached your destination!
The idea for the first Wingi was born in Tanzania. In 2007 a place of piece was created for the American fossil hunters in the African bush.
Reservations can be done for courses in play therapy, photography for beginners and scrap booking.
Wingi has 5 bedrooms to offer. Self-catering, but on special request: breakfast, picnic on the banks of the Orange River. R350.00 per person sharing and R400.00 single or R800.00 (for a family of four per night).
