FACILITIES: 2 showers (donkey for hot water) & 1 flush toilet Wood included
SUPPLIES: A small shop with basic supplies are 10 km from Loch Maree Guest Farm 
ACTIVITIES: Circular drive route in our Private Game Reserve (4x4 needed) 50 km 4x4 selfdrive route 
Hunting (winter season) – bookings from end of January (082 492 3469) 
Game drives with sundowner on Kalahari Dune 
Look out point with shed & braai facility on high dune to observe the Kalahari dunes - be surprised by a white salt pan amongst the dunes

DESCRIPTION
Loch Maree Guest Farm & Field Camp is situated: 90 km South from the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park 43 km West of Askham 200 km North of Upington GPS reading: S27º06’58.6” E20º29’53.1”
The Camps are unfenced, bringing the veld right to your door. It would give visitors the chance to experience this beautiful tree and grass savanna veld of the Kalahari with its rich birdlife - colonies of social weavers, busily constructing their massive haystack-like nests, sandgrouse, vultures, eagles and falcons - to name a view. Springbok and gemsbok roam the hot sand and be on the outlook for the rare Scimitar Oryx, which formerly inhabited the whole of North Africa, but has been classified as extinct. The horizons stretch further and the sky is bigger than anywhere else.
For those who wants something more comfortable – we offer a luxurious Family Suite with swimming pool at your doorstep.
