Kokerboom Motel, Caravan Park and Conference Centre are situated on the N7 to Namibia.  It is specially sited for you to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the flowers and interesting rock formations from your luxury room or camping site.  This accommodation is ideal with some peace and quite in the beautiful Namaqualand.

Kokerboom Motel:                                

The Kokerboom Motel comprises 34, spacious en-suite rooms, all air conditioned for your comfort for those warm summer days and cold winter nights which the Northern Cape are renowned for. All rooms are en-suite with either bath and shower or bath or shower. There are various combinations of rooms. Choose from various combinations to suit your accommodation needs:

Single Rooms, Double Rooms, Twin Rooms, Triple Rooms, Family Rooms

Dining Room / Restaurant / Ladies Bar and Lounge:

Dining at the Kokerboom Motel is always a delicious surprise. The A La Carte menu extends not only to the beautifully decorated dining room but to the Room Service Menu which is available until 22h00.

Breakfast is served until 10h00 in the diningroom.

Lunch packs are available for guests wishing to head out to sightsee for the day. Make arrangements in advance and the friendly personnel at the Kokerboom Motel will gladly oblige.

The ladies bar has a lounge area where you can unwind after a day of sight seeing, sit back and have your favourite drink.

Conference Facilities:

Kokerboom Motel's outstanding conference facilities offer up to date conference equipment to make your presentation a resounding success.

Equipment includes overhead projector, plasma TV, DVD player, flip charts, writing pads and pens. Kokerboom Motel offers full catering and accommodation packages for your conference requirements.   The conference facility caters for up to 150 people.

Kokerboom Caravan Park:

The caravan park is an ideal stopover on your journey between Cape Town and Namibia.   It comprises of 60 oversized sites equipped with electrical power and water supply. There are ablution facilities for "Him" and "Her" in addition to a laundry complete with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Full access to the Motel dining facilities, lounges and ladies bar are available to our caravan park guests.

The town of Springbok is located a 5 minutes drive from the Kokerboom Motel, Conference centre and Caravan Park - offering the visitor the very best of both worlds. Concordia - Originally a Rhenish mission station formed in 1852. Copper was mined there from 1853 until 1933.

Garies - The Nama people named this area Th’aries after the couch grass that grew along the banks of the stream and this was later changed to Garies

Hondeklip Bay / Hondeklipbaai - An excellent fishing and crayfishing destination.
Kamieskroon - A small village set amongst enormous granite mountains known as the Kamiesberg, Kamieskroon was originally a descendant of a former town, Bowesdorp.
Kleinzee / Koingnaas - Kleinzee is one of the sites where diamonds were first discovered.
Nababeep -  beautiful flowers covering the little koppies in and around the town during the flower season
Pella - Figs, grapes and pomegranates grow at this mission station established in 1872.
Port Nolloth - Port Nolloth, a centre for both the crayfish industry and alluvial diamond mining. Port Nolloth is the only holiday resort on the Diamond Coast. The town's main tourist attractions are clean beaches and excellent fishing.
Richterveld - Transfrontier National Park, accessable by 4x4 vehicles only, the Richtersveld is one of nature's gifts not to be missed. Home to several animal, plant and fish species this park offers the outdoor enthusiast everything and more.
Steinkopf - Traditional dome-shaped reed huts made by the Nama people dot the landscape. There is also a date plantation in the area which is worth a visit.
