Elma's Accommodation Kenhardt

 Kenhardt. This beautiful, charming town is the oldest town in the Lower Orange River region. We offer typical Bushmanland hospitality, good accommodation, bird viewing and interesting rock art (petroglyphs) in the region. A good reason for more than one night's stayover in Kenhardt.

Elma's accommodation consists of old characterful houses being restored during the past 12 years.

Kambro-Kind Guest House:   An old Cape Dutch Style House with 5 Air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, DSTV  fridge and microwave. Some rooms still have oregon pine ceilings and floors.

Immanuel B&B  This old Victorian style house offers 2 unique air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as DSTV, fridge and microwave. (Newspapers found on the ceiling dated back to 1912.) This room also has some wooden ceilings and floors.

Bushmanland Self-Catering  A unique self-catering unit consisting of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, TV room and braai facilities.

Elma's Self-Catering Units  Consists of 5 self-catering units (one air-conditioned, en-suite unit)  DSTV, fridges, braai areas, etc.

Camping   You are welcome to pick a spot and use one of the self-catering units'  facilities.

Back Packing : Putsonderwater Huisies are of the oldest houses in Kenhardt. One still has wooden floors and ceilings.

Overnight Houses :  2 Houses with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms each.
