Dreghorn Kalahari Game Ranch

Dreghorn is being transformed into a lodge that blends in with the natural setting and does not neglect any bush luxury. It provides accommodation for 29 people, in the form of eight comfortably decorated Cabins with en-suite bathrooms. Each room comes with an air-conditioner and a beautiful Kalahari view. Visitors can take part in  activities, such as 4x4 trails and hunting, birding or game-watching.

They can also enjoy the large water cooled outdoor boma (Lion’s Den) with a huge fire place, catering area and outdoor bar. Traditional foods can be prepared and served here under the African sky on request. Dreghorn also has a restaurant and a fully-licensed bar on its premises.
 
Dreghorn Kalahari Game Ranch is situated 200km north of Upington in the Northern Cape, over looking the dry Molopo river bed, 65km from the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park.
A “Boma” surrounded by 8 wooded cabins in the middle of red Kalahari dunes, fully equipped with bathroom and air-conditioning. Overnight in the cabins and you will have an amazing sight waking up overlooking a water hole were animals come to drink water and experience the most beautiful sunrise in all Africa.  Want to be alone and do everything yourself? We also have 2 self catering flats equipped with kitchen, bathroom en air-conditioning.
