Die Hantam Huis (National Monument)
An authentic Cape Dutch homestead built by Field Cornet A. Van Wyk in 1853, it displays the typical Dutch gable and retains its original cedar woodwork. Presently comprising a coffee shop, restaurant, gift / curio shop as well as a display of period furniture.
Unforgettable traditional Hantam breakfasts and scrumptious dinners are served by candlelight in the licensed restaurant.
Accommodation is offered in beautifully renovated and period furnished houses - each providing a unique look at a bygone era.
